Government / visa / official site updates

Don’t miss appointment openings, policy changes, or new advisories

Track embassy appointment calendars, new visa categories, travel advisories, or updated PDF forms. UNIQTrace can watch a specific widget (e.g., “No appointments available”) or keywords like “Available”, “Now accepting”, “Updated form” and ping you on Telegram.

How it works

Option A — Track a specific area

  1. In the bot, choose Add a Site.
  2. Paste the page (e.g., embassy appointments) URL.
  3. Upload a screenshot and draw a rectangle over the status widget/calendar cell.
  4. Pick scanners: Both (recommended) or your preference.
  5. Enable Area Change.

Great for “No slots” → “Available” flips, or when a PDF link appears.

Option B — Track keywords/selectors

Use Appears / Disappears for precise signals.

Appears: Available, Now accepting, New advisory, Updated form Disappears: No appointments, Fully booked, Closed

CSS example (if the site has structured HTML):

Appears: .calendar-cell.available, a[href$=".pdf"], .notice--new Disappears: .calendar-cell.full, .notice--closed

When your Appears item shows up (or Disappears vanishes), you get an instant alert.

Why this is reliable for official portals

Smart reconfirmation

The bot rechecks quickly and can use thresholds to cut noise. You only get actionable alerts.

Visual context & diffs

See exactly what changed with screenshots/diffs. Useful when a small status label toggles.

Tip: For high-demand calendars, mark the site as VIP ~5s to catch fleeting openings.

Quick start

  1. Open the bot → /addsite.
  2. Paste the official page URL.
  3. Choose Area Change or add keywords/selectors under Appears/Disappears.
  4. Enable monitoring. (Unlimited checks ~every 1 min; VIP ~every 5 sec.)
  5. Receive a Telegram alert with context and a direct link.

Best practices

Target the exact status widget

Avoid large areas with banners. Draw a tight rectangle around the availability label/calendar cell.

Combine area + keyword

Use area rectangle and an “Appears: Available” keyword for double confirmation.

FAQ

Will it work behind a login?

If a login or CAPTCHA blocks access, success depends on page accessibility. Try adding the URL — the bot will tell you if it’s inaccessible.

Can I track PDFs and notices?

Yes — use an Appears rule for new .pdf links or a selector for a “notice” component.
